Hi there Mrs. Kouns. I recently starred in a great book called Surprises According To Humphrey. It is about me in room 26 and all the mysteries that go on in there. I’ll tell you about those later. Here is my autobiography. I am a classroom hamster, and my cage sits on the back table next to my friend Og. Og can’t talk, all he can do is BOING. But I can usually understand what he is saying since he is a frog and I am a hamster. My classmates are really fun! A few days ago, I got to roll around in a yellow plastic ball that they got me. I loved it! I rolled right out the door and the PE teacher (who hates me) found me and called me a rat! Rats are nice, but they have a bad reputation. When a human calls you a rat, it isn't good. Mrs. Brisbane, the teacher of room 24, was very embarrassed, but she stood up for me. I have to go to my next interview. By Mrs. Kouns.
